The Tianjin Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources (TIGMR) is a subsidiary of the China Geological Survey of the Chinese Ministry of Land and Resources. Established in the early 1960s, the Institute deals directly Central Government, assisting with special geological projects worldwide. TIGMR has achieved numerous earth science accomplishments and accumulated significant scientific experience through its findings and related basic studies in Precambrian and quaternary geology, paleobotany and paleontology. The TIGMR partnership plans are to provide DLKM with the necessary funding, geological expertise and guidance, as well as access to equipment to enable the Company to conduct an aggressive exploration and potential mine development program on its properties.
