Honorable Joseph Rugumyamheto, Chairman of the Board
The Honorable Joseph Rugumyamheto retired in January 2006 after 30 years of public service in Tanzania. For the past five years, Hon. Rugumyamheto has been the Permanent Secretary in the President's Office of Tanzania, reporting directly to the President of Tanzania and was responsible for all civil servants in the Tanzanian government. He is a graduate of Stanford University in the US.

Harp Sangha, CEO / President and Director
Harpreet (Harp) Singh Sangha has over 18 years experience in business financing with a specific interest in public company development. He was an investment advisor at Global Securities Corporation. Along with his private company work, he possesses a unique combination of fund raising and managerial skills that will be instrumental in advancing the Company to a prominent global position in the gold mining industry.

Dr. Medard M.C. Kalemani, LLB, LLM, PhD, Mining Management – Director
Dr. Kalemani is the General Counsel to the Millennium Challenge Account Tanzania, Ministry of Finance, which is an autonomous government entity responsible for managing energy, transportation and water projects in Tanzania. He served as State Attorney of the Tanzanian Ministry of Energy and Minerals from 1999 to 2007, and from 1997 to 1998, he was a Legal Officer and Manager of the Tanzanian Branch of the International Rescue Committee, UNHCR.  He was also legal consultant to UNDP Vienna in Tanzania and an independent consultant on a team that reviewed the Minerals Act of the Republic of South Africa. In 2002, Dr. Kalemani authored a thesis titled “Comparative Study of Mineral Laws” which compared laws between Tanzania, South Africa, Namibia and Botswana.

Prof. Abdulkarim Mruma, BSc, MSc, PhD, Geology – Director
Prof. Mruma is the Chief Executive Officer of the Geological Survey of Tanzania, Ministry of Energy and Minerals and since 2004 the Vice Chairman of the Association of Geological Survey of Africa. From 1994 to 2004 he was the Head of the Department of Geology at the University of Dar es Salaam. Other positions he has held include: National Coordinator, International Geological Correlation Programs; External Examiner, Department of Geology of the University of Nairobi in Kenya and the University of Makerere in Uganda. He also has had extensive involvement as a board and steering committee member of numerous geological and environmental research projects and groups. Prof. Mruma has published over thirty international publications, mainly in the fields of structural geology, precambrian geology, stratigraphy and mineral deposits. He has consulted on and authored more than twenty technical reports in the fields of resource assessments and engineering geology. He is currently a member of the Geological Society of Africa and the Tanzania Geological Society. He is a Director of Williamson Diamonds Limited and the Diamond Mine at Mwadui which is owned by De Beers and the Government of Tanzania.
