Acquired a Large Portfolio of Prospecting Licenses
To take advantage of Tanzania’s rich natural resources, DLKM has a large portfolio of prospecting licenses. DLKM’s 55 licenses cover an area of more than 10,000 square km – with several properties in small-scale production and others already at an advanced stage of
exploration. The Company has a strong management and technical team, excellent exploration assets, a solid corporate structure, and access to capital, equipment, and geological expertise through its partnership with TIGMR.
Strategic Partnership DLKM has developed a strategic partnership with |

the Tianjin Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources
(TIGMR) which recently provided funding and a proposed $6 million investment in the Company.
Established in the early 1960s, the institute assists the Chinese government with special geological projects worldwide. TIGMR has achieved numerous earth science accomplishments and accumulated significant scientific experience through its findings and related basic studies in Precambrian and quaternary geology, paleobotany and paleontology. The TIGMR partnership should provide DLKM with the necessary funding, geological expertise and guidance, as well as access to mining |

equipment to enable the Company to conduct an aggressive exploration and mine development program on its properties.
The Mbwemkuru Gold Alluvial Project – DLKM’s Flagship Property
This property consists of four prospecting licenses covering 430 square kilometers. With economic grades between 1 and 5 grams, and in some areas as high as 40g/t, with potential economic grades of uranium. This property has the potential to be a world-class alluvial operation. It is currently in production generating between 150 to 200 ounces of high grade gold per month with no mechanized mining equipment. The Company plans to be in production with an estimated expenditure of $2 million. DLKM’s geological team is conducting systematic sampling and mapping work to help determine the potential of the property. An alluvial mining expert has been hired to assist in determining the size, make license applications and implement the mining operation. The Mbwemkuru Project is located in SE Tanzania and accessible by dirt and paved roads 650 km from Tanzania's capital, Dar es Salaam.
Diamond Property
DLKM’s diamond property is the Mgambe Diamond Property in the Shinyanga District. This property consists of 46 square kilometers and was originally a ‘no-mining’ area. It is directly adjacent to the Williamson Mine, the world’s largest diamond pipe. Owned 75% by De Beers and 25% by the Government of Tanzania, the Williamson pipe covers 360 acres and has produced more than 20 million carats.
Morogoro Property
The exploration program at Morogoro began with mapping, sampling and a 2,500 metre drilling program. Initial results from the geological mapping of the property’s artisanal workings describe workings that extend the northwesterly trend of gold mineralization from 2.2 km to 4.2 km. Three new areas of bedrock gold mineralization that host active artisanal mining operations were also identified. Workings 1.1 km northeast and 2.4 km southwest of the known mineralized trend share the same northwesterly orientation and appear to be parallel trends. The mapping of a third area, northwest of the principal trend, documented a northeasterly trending zone of gold mineralization and indications of supergene enrichment.
Ashanti SW Property
Ashanti SW is located in the Handeni gold district within the Kilindi-Handeni Superterrane, a highly prospective corridor that is believed to host significant gold endowment including world-class orogenic gold deposits similar to the Geita and the Bulyanhulu mines. The Handeni gold district hosts numerous gold discoveries including AngloGold Ashanti’s Mkurumu project, which is directly adjacent to the Ashanti SW property. DLKM believes the strike runs through both the Mkurumu gold project and the Ashanti SW property. This property has the potential to host a multi-million ounce gold discovery in a highly prospective emerging gold district in Tanzania.
Mazoka Property
This property is situated within the Mazoka Greenstone Belt and is similar in structure to the gold camps of the Wawa Belt, Kirkland Lake and Superior Craton. The known gold mineralization at Mazoka has been outlined by a broad, continuous northwest-southeast trending soil anomaly associated with greenstone rocks. Soil anomaly analysis and rock chip sampling returned values of up to 630 parts per billion gold. DLKM has conducted minor field reconnaissance geological investigations, regional-scale stream sediment sampling and widely spaced soil sampling. Gold-silver-arsenic was found in the soil anomalies and anomalous gold-silver was found in the rock chips.
Kilometre 7 Property
The Kilometre 7 Property is located 165 kilometres north of Morogoro and approximately 25 kilometres east of Anglo Gold Ashanti’s property. It covers approximately 17 kilometres of the structural zone to the east and nine kilometres to the south.
Negero (Green Hills) Property
The Negero (Green Hills) Property is located approximately 150 kilometres north northeast of Morogoro and covers approximately 20 kilometres of the structural zone to the east and 10 kilometres to the south. The property is located 75 kilometres east of Anglo Gold Ashanti’s property.
Tabora and Ashanti South East Properties
The Company has also signed agreements to acquire the Tabora Property and the Ashanti South East Property.
Singida and Malolo Properties
The Company also holds a 100% interest in the Singida and Malolo properties. Singida is located near Shanta Gold’s Tanzanian properties with a JORC compliant resource of 11.9 million tonnes grading 1.42 grams of gold per tonne.
Gemstone Property
DLKM’s gemstone property – the Lake Manyara Emerald and Alexandrite Property is in the Mbulu District in north central Tanzania.
